Not expecting anything until the next day and sure enough Bryce responded back the same night. From that point, I had a good feeling with them. I had a horrible experience with a competitor and I was really leary on going with anyone because the list of issues I had with another competitor. They don't even deserve their name in this. Andrew came out a few days later, his knowledge, experience, and professionalism gave me the reassurance I needed to feel confident enough to know that not all contractors are bad, and he even apologized for things that they did. That's customer service!! I would recommend Heritage to anyone for home improvement needs. Their communication starting with Bryce, she is a great first contact for a company btw, friendly chats, knowledge, customer service and professionalism is 5stars!! I can’t recommend Heritage Roofing & Exteriors enough! After a large branch fell on our roof causing damage, I called them for quotes and options to fix and or replace the roof. Dan answered at 5pm and was at our house the following day checking to see how extensive the damage was and to provide us a quote. He gave us quotes for everything, to replace the entire roof, fix the area that was damaged and a quote to do just the attached garage roof where the branch landed. Because of the multiple quotes and options provided we were able to make an informed decision that worked best for us. Also, they came out and patched the hole for us just because. They didn’t do it trying to gain our business, they did it because that’s the type of people they are. They checked in with us multiple times leading up to the day of service. The crew was incredible and respectful of our property. They did a fantastic job cleaning up and made sure they got all of the nails out of our driveway prior to leaving. 10/10 recommend Heritage Roofing & Exteriors. He was very patient knowing we were getting other estimates did not try to push at all. When the project started the project manager Chad was first on site and kept me very informed at the whole process and was open to any “silly” questions we had. The gutter crew was very great as well! The cost was very reasonably priced as well. They did a fantastic job with clean up as well.
